Rated load 250 - 3000 kg Product features The steel side plate of the trolley covers the position of the wheel to protect the wheel from impact when it is in the limit position. The side plate of the trolley is made of threaded bar, which can be used to install bracket accessories. The wheel is made of heat-treated forged steel with arc-shaped rim, suitable for American standard tapered I-beam and wide flange I-beam. The wheel bearings are sealed and lubricated ball bearings. The vertical cycloid reducer is meshed with the wheel gear through the pinion. The drive unit is soaked in high-quality lubricating oil, which can protect the gear and make it adapt to a wider range of temperature environment. 8 blade pneumatic motor can provide high performance torque, smooth operation and control. The control handle has accurate positioning and high load efficiency. For hazardous environment, fire resistant pattern can be provided. In addition to the copper plated wheel with the function of fireproof pattern, the other product features are the same as the ordinary type.
