Product features The specially developed guide chain device can pull the lifting chain from the side and almost level with the steel beam. The newly developed integrated car model is the same as yalelift it. Single chain mechanism is adopted for those with rated load less than 3000 kg. The installation and adjustment of the trolley is very convenient, and can be adjusted according to the width of the steel beam. The trolley with rated load less than 5 tons can be provided with two specifications. Type A is a standard trolley, which is suitable for I-beam with width less than 180 mm. This model can cover almost 80% of customers needs. At the same time, type a can be easily converted to type B (I-beam with width less than 300 mm). The design of the trolley wheels (medium and high only) ensures flexible rolling under the inclination of the lower edge of I-beam of 14% (DIN 1025-1 standard). At the same time, the sealed ball bearing with lubrication treatment ensures the good operation of the wheel. The width of the low clearance trolley can be adjusted to suit a variety of steel beam models (e.g. InP, IPE, IPB). Standard car anti falling and anti tilting device.
